Oct 22, 2024, 2:12:10 PM ### Attorney Client Confidentiality   So, as a patent attorney, I get asked all the time what the most exciting thing that I'm working on right now is.  And unfortunately, I'm not able to answer that question because of attorney client confidentiality. So if an inventor comes to me and they want to, they want help with protecting their invention by way of a patent and a patent application, I'll work closely with them on the invention and understanding everything and writing the patent application. But then when it comes to talking about it with other people, I'm not able to do that because the inventors entrusted me with this information and I, I follow the attorney client confidentiality rules. So I'm just not able to talk about it. So um, so what I'll try to do in those cases is answer a different question, which is what is um, one of the more exciting inventions that I can think of off the top of my head?  ### Is it Raining?  And so, um, it's not actually raining inside, uh, but two inventions that I really, really like is Gore Tex, which is what this invent, what this jacket is made of. You can see the Gore Tex label, I think. Um, and so that's a wonderful invention. It's lightweight, it's breathable, water can't come in, but, um, extra heat can go out if you're overheating. Um, so that's been a great invention for me. And then the other one that I really like is the double ended zipper, which is also on this jacket. So see, you can, you can bring it up, you can bring it down, you can bring the regular zipper down. And then if you want to keep the jacket open for the most part to kind of keep cool, um, you can do that. But the, the zipper is here. Great. You're kind of fastening it so that it doesn't just blow completely open. ### Do Attorneys know how to answer questions?  So that's, that's what attorneys do when we're asked a question that we're not able to, to answer. We find another question that we are able to answer and, and we give information on that. So those are some of my favorite inventions and I can't tell you what I'm working on now.
