Trademark Package
The trademark package includes the three (3) initial steps in the process: consultation, search and opinion, and then the applicaiton. If after the consultation, it is deemed that the process cannot move forward for any reason, you will be given a refund, less the consulation fee which is non-refundable.

The following add-ons can be added to any trademark package, but not available to be purchased separately.
After your initial consultation, Add-ons if any, will be invoiced in addition to your Trademark Package.
• Additional classes of goods and services
-One (1) additional class ($250 USPTO Fee and $250 legal fee) - $500 total
-Two (2) additional classes ($500 USPTO Fee and $500 legal fee) - $1,000 total
-Three (3) additional class ($750 USPTO Fee and $750 legal fee) - $1,500 total
• Specimen if application is an intent-to-use - USPTO fee $100/class and $300 legal fee/class - $400
• If you want description of goods to be your own words - $100 USPTO fee/class of goods or services
• Trademark Registration Certificate - $50
• Monitoring services after registration - Price upon request

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO PACKAGES AND SERVICES
Client will be required to sign a client/attorney agreement prior to the consultation or commencement of any services. In the event that a client purchases a package or service and subsequently for any reason it cannot be completed, a refund of unearned attorney fees shall be provided. Time expended by the Attorney for the initial consultation and any subsequent work performed, including, but not limited to document preparation, telephone calls, or research, shall be deducted from the package or service fees collected. Refunds of client funds shall be made by the original form of payment within 30 days of written notice from either the client or the attorney.
